Return & Refund Policy 

At Her Highness, your wellness and safety come first. As our products are consumable health and wellness supplements, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards.

 

Non-Returnable Products

All Her Highness products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

This includes:

  • Gummies and supplements
  • Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Products purchased during sales or promotions

Due to the consumable and personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take packaging and quality very seriously. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@herhighness.co with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or resolution, as applicable.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If an item is eligible for replacement due to damage or error, our team will guide you through the process after verification.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where:

  • The product is damaged in transit
  • An incorrect item was shipped
  • The issue is verified by our team

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
